Refunds and Returns: New or Used Products
All new or used products must meet the following conditions to be eligible for a refund or exchange:
- OUT OF STOCK ORDERS WILL NOT BE CHARGED AN ORDER CANCELLATION FEE.
- Please allow 2 to 3 business days for the processing of refunds from the date requested
- Product(s) must be sent back within 14 days of the original delivery date.
- New product(s) must be in the original unopened package, unused and brand-new condition to receive a full refund.
- Used Product(s), that have been opened or have broken seals, are not eligible for return.
- We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)
- All new products must be inspected and any delivery issues must be reported within 14 days of the delivery date
- Items returned to our warehouse as undeliverable and placed back into stock will incur a 10% restocking fee (any shipping fees paid would not be refunded)
WE DO NOT PROVIDE REFUNDS FOR SHIPPINGS COST DUE TO A DELAY IN DELIVERY.
WE DO NOT CONTROL THE SPEED OF THE MAIL.
Customers are entitled to a replacement for defective products during the manufacturer's warranty period in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty return policy.
Due to COVID-19 and this unprecedented time Warranty Requests Must Be Submitted And Processed Directly With The Manufacturer Unless Otherwise Stated for health and safety concerns.
Note: Customers are required to pay all shipping costs associated with all defective product returns, unless the product was never used and received defective by the customer.
ATTENTION - "ATOMIZERS" must be "DRY" tested prior to loading to check for any defects ensuring the device is working correctly. Once an atomizer has been loaded with a foreign substance, the warranty on the atomizer is void. To ensure your warranty is not compromised, dry test your atomizer and check for defects, cracks, and confirm the device is heating correctly.
Missing / Damaged Items
Any purchases containing damaged items or missing parts must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. All glass products, components and accessories are not covered under warranty unless the product arrived damaged. If glass arrives damaged we require photos of the unused deivery. Please contact us and we'll will resolve the problem immediately.
All returns require an RMA number, which can be obtained by contacting Customer Support. This ensures the proper processing of your return. We are not responsible for returns shipped without an RMA number. The RMA number must be written on all sides of the packaging that the returned item is being shipped in. We reserve the right to refuse or deny a return and may request additional information as a condition of the return.
With the exception of used glassware (whips), all accessories and product component parts must be returned with the unit. If the returned unit is determined to be operating normally upon inspection, we will need to ship the same unit back at the customer's expense. Returns will not be processed if the conditions of our Return Policy are not fully met.
Buyer must understand and agree to pay for all shipping costs associated with returning the item(s). This includes non-reimbursement of any expedited shipping services selected at the time of purchase. We strongly recommend you insure your package as we are not liable for any product(s) lost or damaged in transit.
Please allow 2 weeks for the processing of your return once it has arrived at our facility.
Order Cancellation Fee:
Orders can only be cancelled prior to shipment.
Any order which is cancelled will incur a 10% fee.
Once an order has been issued a tracking number and shipped it cannot be cancelled.
To receive a full refund, it would be necessary to return the unopened item within 14 days of delivery.
The Purchaser's Legal Adult Signature, Government Issued ID, and Age Verification are required upon delivery for all orders.

USPS does not release and complete any order without review of the purchasers State ID, Receipt of Signature, and confirmation of Legal Age.
Any chargebacks processed by customers are submitted for IMMEDIATE COLLECTIONS.
All chargeback fees plus any legal costs accrued through litigation will be processed for collection.
